Features

Too many spreadsheets and notes?

Vehicle data, the assigned customer and intake documents are available from a single car card - no switching between spreadsheets and paper notes.

Not sure what stage a car is at?

Received, on the lot, prepared, for customer or delivered - the vehicle status is visible at once, by colour and description, with no guessing.

Can't find a car on the lot?

Every vehicle with a set location appears on the yard map - with its stock number and status right next to the pin.

Does searching a long list take too long?

A stock number or VIN is enough to jump straight to the right vehicle card - no scrolling through the whole list.

Is the history of delivered cars getting lost?

Filter by status and flag (e.g. "for customer" or "missing documents"), and sort the list by most recently added or updated vehicles.

Not sure who is supposed to do what on a car, and when?

Washing, preparation for delivery and other tasks assigned to a vehicle - with a deadline, the person who assigned it and the completion status.

Do missing documents come to light at the last minute?

The key intake documents - DWS, waybill, COC - collected on the vehicle card, with information on what is still missing.
